2. What is the warranty period for the battery cells?

We provide a 5-year warranty period from the date of delivery. If the capacity drops below 80% of the initial capacity, we will offer a replacement or a satisfied solution based on your test results.

3. How are the batteries tested before shipment?

Professionals detect voltage, internal resistance, and appearance for every shipment. We ensure that every single battery is matched and in good condition before it leaves our facility.

4. What is your return policy for damaged goods?

You can test the cells within 15 days of arrival. If there is damage or loss during shipping, contact us with photos/videos. For valid quality issues, we offer after-sales service including resending or refunding. Batteries must be unused (intact electrodes, no welding) for returns.

5. What situations are not covered by the warranty?

Warranty does not cover damage from incorrect assembly (e.g., BMS wired incorrectly), charger failure, battery bulge caused by lack of BMS protection, or wear and tear from improper use.

6. Do the cells come with a protection board (BMS)?

These products are prototype battery cells without a protection board. You must purchase a compatible BMS separately to ensure safe operation.
