How can we guarantee quality? We always provide a pre-production sample before mass production and perform a final 100% inspection before shipment to ensure the highest standards.
Can this battery be charged with a lead-acid battery charger? We recommend using a professional LiFePO4 charger. While some lead-acid chargers may work, they are generally not able to fully charge a LiFePO4 battery to its optimal capacity.
Can LiFePO4 batteries be connected in parallel or series? Yes. Ensure all batteries are fully charged and at the same voltage level before connecting them. We do not recommend mixing serial and parallel circuits simultaneously.
What should I do if the battery enters protection mode? Our BMS has multiple safety functions (short circuit, over-current, over-voltage, etc.). If protection is triggered, the battery may become temporarily unusable until the fault is cleared or the battery is reset.
Why choose LiFePO4 over other lithium or lead-acid batteries? LiFePO4 batteries are "green" batteries, containing no heavy or rare metals. They offer higher safety, a much longer cycle life (up to 15,000 cycles), and more stable performance in various environments.
