Systematic optimization of cell design and electrical component selection. We utilize lightweight steel/aluminum alloys and high-strength plastics to reduce the volume and weight of the battery system. Standardized cells and BMS allow for easy scalability across 12V, 24V, 48V, and 72V modules to meet diverse requirements.
Our Smart BMS supports both passive and active balance. Parameters can be modified on-site according to actual applications, including CAN/RS485 communication protocols and protection thresholds for voltage, current, and temperature.
Capabilities include CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) and CAE (Computer Aided Engineering) simulation. We design advanced thermal management solutions including air cooling, liquid cooling, and various heating film technologies (PI/Silica gel) to ensure structural integrity and performance.
Verification includes temperature tests, mechanical tests, external environment simulation, electrical safety, and performance abuse tests to ensure every battery pack meets the highest quality standards.
