If standard batteries do not fit your application, we can assemble a custom-made lithium battery based on your exact specifications. Please send us your parameters such as dimensions, voltage, capacity, and required current to find the ideal solution.
A: We don't provide free samples, but the sample cost can be returned to you when you place bulk orders.
A: We accept most payment terms, including T/T, L/C at sight, PayPal, Western Union, and Cash.
A: Our MOQ is 1 piece. The larger the quantity, the more preferential the pricing.
A: If customized according to customer requirements, production takes 10-15 working days. For our standardized products, we can supply from stock most of the time.
A: For small orders or samples, we can arrange door-to-door air freight. For large quantities, we normally arrange container or LCL ocean shipment. Shipping cost depends on the quantity of goods, the shipping method, and the destination country.
A: If any product is faulty, please send us pictures or videos of the issue. We will analyze the problem and provide the necessary spare parts or solutions for after-sales service.
