🛡️ Battery Terms & Warranty Policy

Pre-Assembly Requirement: All DIY battery cells must be properly balanced (equal voltage) before system assembly. Cells are tested for voltage, resistance, and appearance prior to shipping.

Inspection Period: You have 15 days after delivery to inspect and test the cells. Returns are accepted only for unused cells (no welding marks, intact electrodes, no physical damage). Buyer covers return shipping costs.

Exclusions: No refunds/returns for damage from incorrect assembly (wiring errors, BMS failures, unbalanced packs), physical abuse, or charging without a BMS.

Capacity Warranty (5 Years): If cell capacity falls below 80% of nominal capacity during the warranty period, provide testing evidence (video/photo) for replacement or resolution.

Shipping Issues: Report missing or damaged items within 48 hours with photographic evidence.
