We provide a 5-year warranty from the date of successful delivery. If the single battery capacity drops below 80% of its initial capacity, we will provide a replacement or a satisfied solution based on your provided test evidence.

Each cell comes with complimentary busbars, bolts, and insulation boards. For example, if you buy 4 batteries, you will receive 4 busbars, 16 nuts, and 4 epoxy boards.
Yes, for DIY assembly, you must ensure the cells are balanced (same voltage) before building the pack. Proper assembly and a matching BMS (protection board) are required for safe operation.
Professionals detect the voltage, internal resistance, appearance, and capacity. Each battery is tested over 3 times to ensure it meets our top-quality standards before delivery.
Batteries can only be returned if they are unused (electrodes intact, no welding, no wear, good appearance). Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees. Problems must be reported within 15 days of arrival.
Tips for DIYers: These cells are prototype batteries without protection boards. You must purchase a compatible BMS separately. By placing an order, you agree to these assembly and warranty terms.
