Is any adjustment needed when the system starts for the first time?
It will be set at the factory; no manual adjustment is required as the system will automatically adapt to standard parameters.
How can I monitor the system parameters?
You can view parameters directly on the device's LCD screen or add a WIFI module to connect via our mobile APP for remote monitoring.
How do I calculate the solar system requirements for my consumption?
Divide your annual consumption by 365 days. For example, 4000kWh/year is about 10.9kWh/day. Based on this daily consumption, we can determine the necessary solar panels and batteries.
What is the after-sales policy?
Within the warranty period, if a problem arises from the product itself, it will be replaced free of charge. After the warranty, components are available at a 20% discount.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
For complete solar systems, the MOQ is 1 set. For individual solar components, the MOQ is 1 package.
What are the accepted payment terms?
We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), with a 30% deposit required before production and the remaining 70% balance due before delivery.
