Frequently Asked Questions
Q1. Can the battery be delivered by sea and air?
Yes, our batteries can be delivered by both sea and air. We have full documentation including MSDS and test reports for safe transport as non-dangerous products.
Q2. How long is the typical delivery time?
Generally, it takes about 7 days for stock products, 20 days for partial container orders, and approximately 30 days for a full 20ft container.
Q3. Why does the battery have different capacities at different hour rates?
Battery capacity is dynamic and depends on the discharge current. A lower discharge current (like a 20-hr rate) allows the battery to deliver more total Amp-hours than a high discharge current.
Q4. What is the shelf life and how should it be maintained?
VRLA batteries self-discharge less than 3% per month at 25°C. They should not be stored for more than 6 months without recharging. In hot climates, recharge every 3 months.
Q5. How is product quality controlled during production?
We utilize a comprehensive quality system including Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In-process Quality Control (PQC) with full inspections, and Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) to ensure zero defects.
Q6. Can I fast charge the battery?
Fast charging is generally not recommended as it can be harmful to the long-term health and cycle life of the battery.
