1. Do you offer free samples?
Usually, we don’t offer free samples, but we can return sample cost when you place a bulk order.
2. How should I pay?
We suggest you pay by order of Credit Insurance, T/T, PayPal, Western Union, etc.
3. Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
We are a professional manufacturer of lithium-ion rechargeable batteries with our own factory and brand.
4. How to solve the quality problems after sales?
(1) Take photos & videos of the problems and send to us.
(2) Send back the physical problem battery by express to us.
(3) Engineer will analyze the defective battery within 2 working days.
(4) 1 Year Warranty after leaving our factory. Our defect rate is under 1%, and we'll repair or replace the battery for non-human factor quality problems once confirmed.
5. What kind of certificates could you provide for these batteries?
We have EPR, UN38.3, etc. for most of our current models. If it's a custom-made design, we could apply for certificates for you, but the related fees should be paid by your side unless your order is big enough, in which case we will offer certificate fees.
6. Can you make customized batteries?
Of course. We have professional engineers that can give you the most suitable solution according to your special requirements.
